A cross-country flight covering the broader valley can last 45 minutes or more and is priced from NPR 12,000. The Launch and Landing
You launch from Sarangkot, a short jeep ride above Pokhara town. The launch site is well-maintained with a grass slope and clear approach lines. Landing is at the Lakeside strip beside Phewa Tal — a flat, open field with enough room even on busier days. The whole experience from jeep pickup to landing takes roughly two hours.
Best Season
October through May is the reliable flying season. The Annapurna range is clearest in October and November. Monsoon (June–September) grounds most flights. Even in winter the valley is flyable on sunny days, though mornings can be misty.
